“Rent , Buy, Sell  Residential Apartments, Independent Bungalows, Villas ,Independent floors”

The above worded advertisement is very often seen and noticed by each one of us giving as indication of a large availability of Residential Accommodation in Gurgaon.

In fact  this kind of advertisements are very encouraging for the people who are relocating  to Gurgaon for Professional Jobs or business. With these advertisements they gain a certain level of satisfaction that when they relocate to Gurgaon , their housing problem has a solution in reasonable and affordable Price/Rent

But real state of affairs is very different, as Rent tag for 2BHK in a reasonably good area ranges somewhere Rs 9000-25000 and in case of furnished accommodation for 2BHK exceeds rental of Rs 35000.

While the sale/resale prices  for 2BHK vary from Rs 35 lacks -50 lacks

Same is the case with 3BHK Properties as the rent range of Rs 15000-Rs.50000 and the selling price ranging Rs.55000 – Rs 100,000 Plus.

Yet, we see thousands of  properties in Gurgaon are lying  ready & vacant awaiting an occupant With all this I fail to understand the Reality of Real-estate.
