“Real estate Brokers & Property consultants in Gurgaon” are facing a great difficulty in arraigning “Commercial office  Space in Gurgaon” for their small & medium size clients   as there is a great dearth of small Commercial office space at reasonable price.

Most of the Commercial Buildings by Unitech and DLF are Offering large floor plates ranging 15000 – 60000 sq.ft.   

The Commercial projects of other builders on Golf course Road, M.G. Road, N.H-8 & Sohna Road in Gurgaon are in offering on same lines. The going Selling prices of these projects are as high as Rs. 10000-15000 per  sq.ft.

The scene on Commercial office Space on Lease is also not less alarming as prevailing rental ranges almost Rs 65- 150 Per square feet.

Moreover the Maintenance charges levied by the builders are very exorbitant.

Thus , with all as stated above   it leaves hardly any scope for a medium class Business/ Service Provider to run a business from Gurgaon at low operational cost.
