In the recent past a remarkable growth has been noticed in Hotel Industry in Gurgaon & it is understood that Haryana Urban Development Authority HUDA has announced  Auction of a Hotel Site in HUDA sector-44 at a reserve price of Rs 37.10 Crores

The auction will be held on 29th January 2008 at H.U.D.A. Gymkhana club Gurgaon ,11AM onwards.

On the same date & Venue HUDA has also announced the auction of a Site for Departmental Store at a reserve price of Rs.27.30 crores

The auction will be held as per the Terms and conditions laid by HUDA and same has been published in leading News papers.
